Our studio in Copenhagen is expanding upwards and outwards. We are searching for the best architects to join our team on a new, ambitious journey.

At Dorte Mandrup we have the highest architectural ambition, with projects that are original and intelligent. We aim to create architecture of the highest quality – artistically as well as technically and physically. With new markets and new opportunities as part of our future, additional dedicated and skilled colleagues are needed.

In particular, we are looking for:

Cutting-edge knowledge on all aspects of sustainability, but especially timber and LCA

Façade specialist with architectural and technical design knowledge

Experienced design/competition architect with proven track record from internationally recognized studios

Space planning and interior design skills

High understanding of materials and material technical qualities

Experience with Swedish, German and North American projects

Our organization and processes are driven by a desire to excel professionally, and we take pride in delivering. Each time with high quality and integrity. If you can see yourself in this, and if you want to take part in designing artistic, high quality architecture across scale, segments, and geography, we hope to hear from you.

Lately, we have been busy exploring the potentials of timber, designing Gothenburg’s new sustainability icon and the Anthony Timberlands Center for Design and Materials Innovation in Arkansas. In the historical Carlsberg Byen, we are transforming the listed Mineral Water Factory and adding a new mixed-use building that combines housing, office, and commercial spaces. Finally, designing for irreplaceable sites like The Whale and the UNESCO protected Wadden Sea takes up a lot of our time.
